We will send customer proforma invoice to confirm order details, such as size, material, color and delivery date etc. After we receive deposit, we will start proceeding production and termly offer production feedback to customer. Please kindly note cancellation is unacceptable after we launch the production because products are produced on order.
Arrange full inspection and offer inspection report for approval and balance payment arrangement. Prepare shipment after receiving balance payment. 2 years’ Warranty are acceptable except physical damage, improper operation,unauthorized changes to the product, and attempt to repair or other natural or manmade disasters.
